Can you swap the machine to a new customer?
If you sell you tractor, the next owner will get for free what is left from the previous owners subscription time.
Will it soon be possible to retrieve data from ISOBUS implements or the onboard terminal / display?
Not at the moment, but we are looking some future developments on this.
If my tractor is not quite new enough to have the free 5 years of Valtra connect, how much is it to have the functionality in the UK?
New tractors qualify for 5 years free subscription which may be extended annually. Suitable older machines may also be connected with a one year subscription. currently these are Free of charge . Ask your Dealer for details.
What happens when I trade in my tractor?
The subscription transfers with tractor but your personal data will be erased and not visible to the new machine owner.
In our research center we have a Valtra T194S / 4. We have the application to see the Valtra Connect information but we would like to have the raw data to be able to manage it and do statistical studies.
Data extraction is not a current feature, however we are looking at it as a future development.
How can I get training on the metrics and how to interpret them?
Please contact your local Valtra Dealer for full training on the Connect system.
If I get new Valtra tractor, and I take Valtra Connect service, its again free for 5 years? I so how I can make this time longer?
After the 5 years free subscription, you can get 1 year payable subscription .
Do you have an example of a live account that we can login and see how it works?
We don't have a live test account for customers but we are currently developing a video demo of connect to demonstrate how easy it is to use and interpret the data.

Is Valtra Connect available all across Europe?
Yes, Valtra Connect is across Europe.
What tractors can be retrofitted?
All N & T Series 3 and 4 Generation. Unfortunately unable to retrofit a G Series currently.
What age of tractor can be retrofitted?
Depends on a few factors, please contact your Dealer for eligibility.
When will Valtra Connect be available on Valtra S Series?
Valtra Connect on the S Series is due to commence later this year and a retrofit option will be made available.
Is Valtra Connect exclusive to Valtra?
Valtra Connect is part of AGCO Connect. An AGCO platform where any activated AGCO Connected machine can be seen in the same portal.
Who has access to my data?
Full details are on the website, but in short, you sign the T&C’s (EULA) for your selected Dealer and AGCO to access your data. There are strict GDPR guidelines which we need to follow regarding use and storage of data.
What happens when I trade in my tractor?
All personal data is deleted, but please refer to website as to how we use the data and change of ownership.
Why do the boxes stop sending data?
There is a software update being tested currently before release that will fix the known issues.
What does Valtra Connect cost?
For factory fitted units, the cost is included either as part of the standard cost of the tractor or as an option and comes with 5 years free Connect Subscription.
For retrofit – please refer to your Dealer as options will depend on the age and specification of your model.
